A contractor’s unit in its best form, this custom building delivered to Woodstock, ON is broken into bays and leased for rent to contractors in the area. It measures 80′ x 150′ x 18′ in size and includes a custom masonry front wall. Olympia was on site during the construction and was happy to help throughout the process. This building demonstrates the use of colours and scenic backdrops to perfection. Ian Hipkins, a prominent local business owner (Luxury Motor Coach Charters) and founding member of the Rocky Mountain Adaptive board, purchased this Canadian-made steel package measuring 80′ x 100′ x 18′ from Olympia in 2017.
Ian is very involved in class adaptive sport programs to benefit children and adults with special abilities and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The buildings are 80′ x 100′ x 24′ and 50′ x 68′ x 24′ with an immaculate interior finish. A custom loading dock area created to sit on a 4′ concrete wall which is quite common for our commercial buildings. Andrew at TriCore was pleased with his decision to partner with Olympia on this project and looks forward to future projects together.
Gym-Con is Ontario’s leading supplier and installer of resilient sport surfaces. This large building with a ZEUS-Shield Roof (SSR-24) is a shining example of how easy it is for any Canadian business to relocate or upgrade their current facilities within budget and timelines. Gym-Con is an excellent Canadian option for any recreational builds you might be planning for the future from basketball courts to complete gymnasiums. This building was completed by Scetto Construction specializing in steel buildings.
The Watts Projects Inc. building is in Queens Industrial Park, Red Deer, AB. This building has many features that commercial and industrial buildings request. Its owner occupied with shop and offices, including a welding bay, wash bay and mechanic bays. Two cranes were installed to move heavy equipment, one spanning two bays. Everyone involved is extremely happy with the end result.
Gordon’s Crematorium in Souris, MB is a third generation family owned and operated crematorium. Olympia Steel Canada and Chief Estimator, George Zakhem, were eager and proud to help Gordon’s Crematorium work out the specifics on erecting a fire-rated building to help their business continue to grow and provide the dignity and respect their customers deserve.
This 14,000 square foot manufacturing building and office was designed to hold ten ton cranes.

Delivered a 120′ x 120′ x 20′ with custom panels.
This has a bi-fold door on the back, a fire rated wall separating the office from the shop, and a lined interior that gives clearance for his racks. This customer has already given us 3 new customers of 20,000 sq ft buildings, as he raves about how happy he is with our building, and the construction service by Claudio and Eric Scetto.
