This is a very popular design for our commercial and industrial buildings. Large over head doors along one side and a full roof and wall liner panel package. This design is used often for commercial condos where the customer can divide up the building into units to rent out.

Working closely with a construction management group and changing the original design from conventional steel to an Olympia Building design. This design incorporated 3 small buildings attached with a 3′ stem wall and large custom windows.
