Microbrewery in Bathurst, NB

Located in the Bathurst Harbour

Microbrewery Building Interior in Bathurst, NB

13 Barrels Brewing Company located in Bathurst, New Brunswick has become the crown jewel of the community. This new micro-brewery has a panoramic view of Bathurst Harbour. Every design feature of the building was planned to take advantage of this attribute and bring the outdoors into the building.

The owners, David and Margot Young worked closely with Raffi Simonian from Olympia Steel Buildings to ensure that the building is both functional, beautiful and welcoming. An abundance of natural light compliments well thought-out design features such as the custom window treatments, wall panels, large garage door opening to the patio, insulated metal roof and … the piece de resistance: a custom canopy at the front door supporting 13 beautiful barrels!

Customers are awed by the building and LOVE the great beer!

Commercial Building in Moberly Lake, BC

Olympia was chosen to supply a building to the Saulteau First Nations in Moberly Lake, BC based on its experience in the northern BC market and it’s partners in the region.
Our Chief Estimator George Zakhem and his team on the ground completed this 80×40 (two floor office) and 80×100 shop on time and on budget.

Saulteau First Nations is very pleased with the support and final product and would recommend Olympia and it’s affiliates to anyone interested.

Tintina Air – Whitehorse, YT

Tintina Air was erected in Whitehorse, YT by Cardinal Contracting. The hangar was delivered with all the extra’s, equipped with interior liner panel, an interior mezzanine, bi-fold door and multiple customer entrances. The final product speaks for itself and Olympia and it’s client couldn’t be more pleased.

Airplane Hangar/Airport in Edmonton, AB

This modern 17,110 sq. ft. freestanding commercial hangar with two-storey office situated at the Villeneuve Airport has two private bays of 7,571 sq. ft., plus mezzanine storage area, an impressive 65′ doors in each bay that allows a variety of plane sizes and models to fit and be stored.

Villeneuve Airport is easily accessible off Yellowhead Highway 16 – only a 20 minute drive from Edmonton’s West End.

Brewery in Black Diamond, AB

Chief Estimator George Zakhem from Olympia Steel Buildings Canada worked closely with Westcor Construction and the owner of Hard Knox Brewery to complete this beautiful commercial building in Black Diamond, AB on schedule for its recent Grand Opening. The structure includes two mezzanine balconies and convenient clear-span working space towards the back for production

Commercial Building in Woodstock, ON

A contractor’s unit in its best form, this custom building delivered to Woodstock, ON is broken into bays and leased for rent to contractors in the area. It measures 80′ x 150′ x 18′ in size and includes a custom masonry front wall. Olympia was on site during the construction and was happy to help throughout the process. Design by George Zakhem, Chief Estimator at Olympia.

Agricultural Building in Coaldale, AB

Located in Coaldale, Alberta

This agricultural building was completed in Coaldale, AB for VanGiessen Growers, a family owned and operated business. It measures 80’ in width and 300’ in length and was constructed with an engineered opening for a 40′ x 18′ bi-fold Diamond door on the left endwall. The business owners needed some extra room for their equipment and shopped this building around with a handful of suppliers. Olympia was chosen based on price and quality.

Commercial Building in Bighorn, AB

Located in the beautiful District of Bighorn, Alberta

This building demonstrates the use of colours and scenic backdrops to perfection. Ian Hipkins, a prominent local business owner (Luxury Motor Coach Charters) and founding member of the Rocky Mountain Adaptive board, purchased this Canadian-made steel package measuring 80′ x 100′ x 18′ from Olympia in 2017.

Ian is very involved in class adaptive sport programs to benefit children and adults with special abilities and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
