Max Motors, located in the beautiful city of Saskatoon, measures 120′ x 160′ with a single slope roof, mezzanine for dealership offices and a beautiful bright showroom. This building was designed as per the customer’s specifications and all loads were engineered prior to delivery to facilitate quick city approval and an easy setup.
This 2700 SqFt. Olympia Steel Building features a Silvercote Energysaver Insulation package and full interior liner. It is located in Orillia, Ontario a very popular spot for Olympia Structures and was erected by the experienced hands of Scetto Construction.
It includes a few unique features and the client is very happy with the finished product.
Located in Keswic, Ontario and around since 1978 Sterling Tire is a landmark with a brand new Olympia Structure. This 9600 square foot Olympia Steel Building features a Silvercote Energy saver Insulation package and full interior liner and was erected by Scetto Construction based out of Washago, ON.
Olympia Steel Buildings Canada in Partnership with Studio City Toronto and the City of Toronto delivers two of the largest state of the art film studio’s right on the lakeshore found here the heart of the city.
Mayor John Tory and construction firms worked diligently for over a year with architects from RAW and Chief Estimator – George Zakhem from Olympia Steel Buildings Canada to finalize and deliver the reconstructed Don River’s vision of these state of the art film studios.
Construction will continue into late fall 2020.
83,000 sf of Design Build just outside of Vancouver, BC. In conjunction with PJ Lovick Architecture and the serving board of directors George Zakhem our Chief Estimator completed this brand new manufacturing facility with a very positive outlook from ownership on the final product and budget conclusions.

This Olympia Steel Building project consists of two buildings that we connected to serve as an office and mechanic shop. It contains a two-hour fire rated wall to separate the shop from the office space. Both buildings have been erected in Chatsworth, Ontario. The buildings have a separate wash bay containing a steel partition wall and contains full interior liner panel. Insulated with custom cut Energy Saver R 40 roof and R 28 insulation providing an ultimate climate control package with a full heated floor system. The decorative stone facia on the front adds a brilliant curb appeal to the buildings.
13 Barrels Brewing Company located in Bathurst, New Brunswick has become the crown jewel of the community. This new micro-brewery has a panoramic view of Bathurst Harbour. Every design feature of the building was planned to take advantage of this attribute and bring the outdoors into the building.
The owners, David and Margot Young worked closely with Raffi Simonian from Olympia Steel Buildings to ensure that the building is both functional, beautiful and welcoming. An abundance of natural light compliments well thought-out design features such as the custom window treatments, wall panels, large garage door opening to the patio, insulated metal roof and … the piece de resistance: a custom canopy at the front door supporting 13 beautiful barrels!

Olympia was chosen to supply a building to the Saulteau First Nations in Moberly Lake, BC based on its experience in the northern BC market and it’s partners in the region.
Our Chief Estimator George Zakhem and his team on the ground completed this 80×40 (two floor office) and 80×100 shop on time and on budget.
Saulteau First Nations is very pleased with the support and final product and would recommend Olympia and it’s affiliates to anyone interested.
Stackt is a 100,000 square foot transformation of public space into a cultural, food/retail and entertainment space in the heart of Toronto.
It is a complete revitalization and transformation of a densely populated urban block into a beautiful collaboration of shipping containers, breweries and even a basketball court.
Olympia and their team of experts was eager to provide solutions in collaboration with the high profile project that bring people together in the heart of downtown Toronto.
